Dubai does not have a PR system. As long as you are working in Dubai, you can stay in Dubai.
DUBAI
1) Many Dubai Universities/Institutes Offers Pathway Program to the UK, USA, Australia, etc
Note: Stay back applicable as per the Students final study destination Eg: UK – Up to 24 Mth, USA – Up to 36 Months, Australia – Up to 36 Months
2) Students can stay in Dubai on a Tourist visa for up to 3 months & can keep renewing their stay until they find a job
Note: Dubai allows a 5-year long-term resident visa for outstanding student
NETHERLANDS
If a student's University/Subject ranks in the top 200 world rankings (ie THE/QS/Shanghai Ranking) they are eligible to apply for a1 year Job Search Visa in the Netherlands.
CANADA
Post Completion of the Course in Dubai, the student can try for Express Entry Visa.
AUSTRALIA
Based on the student's previous work experience, the Student can apply for a Skilled Independent Visa
